There are
currently no mandatory immunisations for Nepal, Tibet, the Indian
Himalaya, Pakistan and Bhutan. However typhoid, polio, tetanus,
meningitis, hepatitis A and others may be recommended by your GP,
with whom you should discuss immunisation well in advance. Anyone
visiting Chitwan National Park or flying via Taplejung in eastern
Nepal is advised to take malaria prophylaxis. For Tanzania,
protection against yellow fever is mandatory and the above
immunisations and malaria prophylaxis are advisable. Please discuss
with your GP.
